Robinson motion on Creative Commons licensing

Brazon motion on GM hiring process

Prescod et al. motion on delineation of authority within the National Office, Code of Conduct, and initiating efforts to convene a Bylaws convention

Election related issues, including but not limited to the allegation of WBAI payments for election slate mailing

Finance Committee Report (if any)

Brazon motions on communication re: executive session business

Formal approval of Prescod motion on Benton Harbor

An executive session concerning confidential personnel and legal matters before the foundation will follow the meeting.
