Below is proposed PNB for Jan, in-person meeting. Note that two critical issues: Elections and Finance, will be discussed on Friday afternoon, when few will be in attendance. Also note that the issue of the CFO and ED job descriptions and power sharing is proposed for Executive Session and not Public Session as per the bylaws.

Also note that no other GMs nor National Staff will be in attendance other than Lonnie, Dan Siegel and Pete Korakis. What a disaster!
